We understand that questions might arise when you are making a decision of purchase. Please see below for the list of common questions that might help resolve your concerns. What payment options do you accept?

We accept cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept Shop Pay and wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping will be free for all orders over $29 before tax. Shipping
options and rates vary depending on your chosen carrier and method.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders usually are shipped within 1-2 business days, but it
can take up to 3 business days to process during holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on your shipping method, carrier, and location, it
may take ~3 to 8 business days for you to receive your order.  All of our orders will be shipped from California.

How do I track my order?

Tracking will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not provide international shipping at the moment.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed
it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancelation or order modification is accepted within 12 hours after the order has been placed.
Please be aware that order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do email info@healthyfluffypet.com to request your cancellation as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

if you wish to change your shipping address before the order is shipped. We will do our best to accommodate with the change.  Note that this is a time-sensitive action, so please be in contact as soon as possible. If you wish to change your shipping address after the order is shipped, it may delay your time of reception of the order.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact info@healthyfluffypet if you have never received your order. We will work with your shipping carrier to inspect the issue, and resend an order as soon as possible.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that have been opened are non-returnable. We only accept returns for unopened items at its original packaging and at a salable condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What is your exchange policy?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@healthyfluffypet.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping
label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When can I expect my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company
to process and post the refund too.
